Stason offers formulations development for the following dosage forms:
a. Solid Oral (tablets and capsules)
b. Aseptic fill (2008)
High Containment
We operate commercial containment suites for developing and manufacturing potent drug products. Our maximum batch size is about 150 kg. Separate air-handling system supplies HEPA filtered inlet into each process suite, and the outlet air is also HEPA filtered. Each suite has its own antechamber to create an air curtain between the process area and entrance/egress for operators. A separate air lock is used for passage of materials.
Operations are scheduled and managed run on the basis of flexibility, cleanability and adaptability for a variety of projects now under way.
